How to Solve the Problem of Edge Bursting in Wood Plate Processing?

With the increasing use of CNC cutting machines for customized panel furniture, the advantages of its production and processing have become more and more obvious. However, the characteristics of the machine and equipment are not very good, or the operation is improper, just like the traditional electronic saw, the problem of edge burst occurs when cutting the board. So how to solve the problem of board burst edge in wood plate processing?

  • The burst edge appears above.
    • The main saw blade is too blunt, with too few saw teeth.
    • The main saw blade is too little higher than the plate.
    • The quality of the board is too bad, and the saw blade will be dull soon.
    • Replace the saw blade again.
    • Raise the main saw blade.
    • Choose plates with less impurities and high quality.
  • There is a burst edge underneath (the sawn plate).
    • The secondary saw blade is too blunt.
    • The width of the auxiliary saw is not enough or too narrow.
    • The center lines of the main and auxiliary saw blades do not coincide.
    • Replace the saw blade again.
    • Change the saw blade or increase the thickness of the saw blade.
  • There are burnt marks (on the sawn board).
    • The alloy saw blade is too blunt, and the saw blade has too many teeth.
    • The speed is too high or the feed is too slow.
    • Replace the saw blade and choose the appropriate saw blade.
    • Choose the appropriate speed and feed speed.
  • There is a phenomenon that the workpiece is lifted up by the auxiliary saw during sawing.
    • The secondary saw blade is too blunt.
    • The auxiliary saw blade rises too high.
    • Replace the saw blade.
    • Appropriately reduce the height of the secondary saw blade.
  • Burst edge of middle veneer.
    • The plate is thick, each piece is slightly bent and uneven, and the top and bottom are stacked together to produce a gap.
    • The cylinder pressure of mechanical pressing is not enough.
    • Streaks (concave and convex) on the surface of the workpiece will also burst edges.
    • Reduce 2-3 pieces of plates during work sawing.
    • When sawing the board, the feed speed should be adjusted slowly and suitable for recognition.
    • Check whether the saw blade is not sharp, and sharpen the edge in time.
